It all begins with a plan.  Without one, your efforts may fall victim to a big black hole.  According to the Content Marketing Institute, 60 percent of B2C marketers who rate themselves as most effective at managing their company’s overall content (including social media) have a documented strategy.  Like any good plan, it will ebb and flow according to business needs, but it will keep you organized, focused and on track.

We begin by getting to know you and your business.  In Phase I of the planning process, we learn about your company culture, customers, business and marketing goals, competitors, and evaluate your current social media presence and overall marketing efforts.

In Phases II and III, we help establish your social media marketing goals.  We recommend platforms and identify the resources you’ll need to implement your plan. This includes brainstorming content topics and creating a plan for keeping them flowing.  We also make sure you know how to get the right content to the right people at the right times.
