Call us only when you need us and we’ll take care of your problems. This is our standard support offering. all calls will be taken care of within 2-3 business days, during normal business hours. Even at 3 days, this is still a week faster than most web companies.
Hourly support is pre-paid, per incident. When you request service, our support technician will let you know how much the work will cost and if approved, send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the work will be completed.

Priority Hourly Service
No Commitment, Pay As You Go.
If you need it done right away; we can do that. All requests are handled within 8 business hours during the week – faster if possible! Night and weekend requests are handled with-in 12 hours. This turn-around includes requests requiring up to 2 hours to complete. If it needs more than 2 hours of work, we’ll do our best to still get it done within 8 business hours.
